omg i am so pissed !!! my driving school is providing 2hour lessons from july. which sounds great, except they are raising the prices of these longer lessons to friggin $70 per lesson. this is totally unfair to people like me who have finished all their lessons already and have their tests in july ! i dont need 2hour revision lessons !!! that cost so much !!!! urghhhhhh. ssdc is sucking me dryyy. and i do need to book revision lessons before my test. so i can pass. and if i dont. i will seriously consider burning all the gleaming new honda citys because that means way way way more money to spend.

late night suppers are nice. provided i dont overeat and get a stomachache the next day. this is honey paper prata and i like it alot.

so i havent been up to anything exciting. i shopped a fair bit on sunday. orchard was like a bloody warzone. and places like burberry's were packed. like burberry's was giving away freebies. it was madness. people have too much money. me my mom and my sister did manage to nab a few stuff amidst the crowd though.

i got a new phone too. about time i retire that very crabby phone that i have. i like the camera in the new phone ! and the new phone allows me to win christina aguilera tickets ! teehee.

and the fair is packing up. i feel a little sad seeing everything packed up in crates and being moved away. like sealing away memories and not reliving any.

looking through old messages, notes, letters you really cannot help but wonder the state of things today and perhaps 50 years later. things will always remain peachy at best, but there will be no more sparks of passion, sweet gestures and spontaneous gatherings. friendships and relationships go ... stale. i would like to think that we all stay the same even as time goes, but that would be a ridiculously sunny outlook right.

and the fugong trip sounds mighty hardcore. but it should be an experience . i havent taken a 13hr bus ride before nor hiked for 2 and a half hours up in the mountains. neither have i not bathed for 4 days. i am certain i'll be all knackered and grimy for that 3 weeks or so. but should be exciting ! i hope.

hah ! i nailed my first interview with some packaging company. i dont get paid much for one completed survey but after dozens of rude secretaries, directors, managers whatever, it's nice to have somebody call back and make an interview appointment. so yay for me !

except now i am slightly apprehensive because i really dont know much about shipping and logistics.

and my mandarin needs alot of brushing up. some mandarin-speaking fella told me to speak in mandarin, but it's damn hard to say "survey on liner transportation and logistics service" in mandarin. then he passed on the phone to another colleague saying he has no idea what i'm talking about. -_-

and i think i might be going to KL with the girls end of june ! now that's something to look forward to.

family studio photoshoot today, which explains my very nicely-done made up face. the make up was good but i had so much difficutly wiping the gunk off. my hair was sprayed too. and the photographer had much difficutly coaxing my dad to smile properly. taking pictures can be quite tiring.

aiight. i'm too lazy to type much. well yday i went for canoe meetup. and now i'm very very sick. :( hmmrph.

calling companies seriously sucks. why are people so rude ! stupid MD didnt believe i was from smu, and another hung up on me before i could continue. it is one thing to be busy, and another to be plain rude. they all stink. really bad. and they are all badly brought up. shame on themselves. hmmrph.

anyway, on to nicer people. i met michelle heng yesterday and it was good updating each other. that woman is moving from one gorgeous house to another. i think i'm going to stuck at my crappy woodlands apartment for a while. okay i think my apartment is quite nice but the location sucks. speaking of homes, the storm blew open my windows today and my curtains were flapping outside in the rain. and they were naturally completely soaked. boo.

so today after going through alot of trouble to fax the documents to the asswipe of an MD, i met haynes at marina square. we ate fish & chip thingys and now my throat is sore.

i have a project presentation tomorrow! and my project group is impressive. i do feel slightly inadequate. but it's okay. i guess.

they all came over to my place yday ! and we went to play at the fair. jiaying has severe motion sickness so obviously cannot take alot of things. and hw is just lousy. haha. i spent quite alot there. and we decided to try out luck at the games ! we won... 2 sheets of tom&jerry stickers.

top gun was fun ! hw didnt want to take it. so it was only me and synyi. but the ride was quite long and we became very hungry halfway through the ride. i think it was all the screaming and being flipped upside down many times. but anyway, we all came back sweaty, knackered and quite happy. though it was quite late and everybody had to cab/be fetched from faraway woodlands.

i like funfairs. i like proper amusement parks even more.

i am tired, and my neck hurts.

the nicer pictures are in elena's camera. because my camera died. met up with the girls yesterday before jiayan flew off again. in between lessons and cip meeting. and guess what, we are dragonboating. i actually quite liked it last time. but i think now i will die boating with the state of my.. muscles and stamina. or lack thereof.

i caught priceless today. i liked it ! audrey tatou is really hot. she takes golddigger to the next level in the show and i thought it was quite sweet that a hardened person like herself fell in love with a broke man. okay, so the man wasnt exactly broke because he was schoomzing some old rich aunty. but anyway, audrey tatou looks really good in the movie !

i'm back from a really good dinner at aquamarine, marina mandarin. the buffet was really gooood. and those pictures really dont do any justice to the food. and i was too busy gobbling to take many pictures of my food anyway. i died and went to dessert heaven today. the desserts were divine, i tell you. the durian and green tea cakes were.. orgasmic. i really really like macaroons too. the seafood was very fresh too.

BUT i'm not very pleased at all. haynes just fell asleep while i was rattling about the food i ate on the phone. -_____________-

am terribly full, and consequently, sleepy..
