there's this new j1 in canoe.
and she is like, really strong.
she does pull ups with remarkable ease, and grace. being the national gymnast that she is.
i cant even do one proper bloody pullup.
but nevermind. one day i will.

maybe it's the 8 course dinner we had at magic wok.

cereal prawns. tomyam. honey/lemon chicken. youtiao in sotong paste.very nice. after-training lunches should always be like that.
would have ended with a gelato if not for the lack of funds.
